This year at Amman Design Week, The Crafts District hosts a number of pop-up shops that will provide and sell the highest quality of local products, from furniture and clothing, to food and packaging - all of which designed and handmade in Jordan.


Wild Jordan's Nature Shop16 handicraft workshops create distinctive, handmade products that are sold at Wild Jordan’s nine Nature Shops, which are dispersed inside and outside Amman. The unique and high-quality products are wonderful as souvenirs and gifts to decorate homes, and can be customized for larger or corporate orders.


A selection of products by Kama Local GourmetKama Local Gourmet is dedicated to sourcing, packaging and promoting the finest Jordanian – and ultimately Middle Eastern – specialty foods, targeting the middle to high-end consumer. The word ‘Kama’ means ‘desert truffles’; an Arabic delicacy.


Work by Nawal AbdullahNawal Abdullah's abstract landscapes and figures engage the viewer through harmonious brushstrokes and vibrant colors. Given her interest in recycling and upcycling pieces of old furniture, Nawal creates accent furniture that adds a unique flair to the atmosphere and aesthetic of the space they are placed in.


Work by Taghrid Al-KhasawnehTaghrid Al-Khasawneh is an artist that is wholeheartedly dedicated to creating distinctive, handmade mosaic pieces. As quality is her top priority, she uses only the best materials, as well as the most innovative and trending patterns, designs and colors in her work.


A selection of products by ReverieWith a particular interest in the art of embroidery, the Reverie team travels around the world to collect luxurious fabrics, used in creating original pieces in the realms of both clothing and tableware. Oftentimes, Reverie extends its design process to include local artisans as well as underprivileged communities, fusing this with the brand’s eclectic style to create authentic Jordanian pieces.


Works by Lina M.In her recent line of products, Lina Masri produces new products that combine the dress, stitch and embellishment. Her products are created through a journey, uncovering layer over layer of heritage, printed art, hand embroidery, hand stitching, as well as a selection of artwork, fabric, threads, and colors.
