About the Installation

Typography meets bold graphic design in Georgia Hill’s installation, which will be painted at books@café during Amman Design Week. Georgia will apply her bold and graphic design style with a detailed mixture of textures and type. Georgia plays with composition and a sense of depth, heaviness, mood and tone. She will develop a feeling without using explicitly obvious forms.

books@café is designed to be an oasis of freshness that brings people together in an atmosphere of peace, love and diversity. Their continuing concept is to create a simple open space, which combines a cafe and bookshop in order to integrate reading with the dissemination of knowledge in a social and colorful space over a cup of coffee, a tasty meal or both.
